In brief

  • Moca Network signed MoU with Inveo Kripto and Ichain for regulated Web3 infrastructure in Türkiye
  • AIR Kit deployment enables reusable KYC, stablecoin transactions, and digital identity interoperability
  • Inveo Kripto's Capital Markets Board license anchors regulatory compliance in the partnership
  • Moca Chain testnet launches Q3 2025, mainnet expected before year-end
  • Türkiye ranks top five globally for cryptocurrency adoption

The AIR Kit and regulatory foundation

The partnership deploys Moca's AIR Kit, which handles reusable KYC processes, stablecoin transactions, and digital identity interoperability. This approach sidesteps the friction of re-verifying identity at every new service. Inveo Kripto holds a license under Türkiye's Capital Markets Board, known as the SPK, anchoring the initiative in regulated compliance rather than operating in a gray zone.

The move reflects a deliberate strategy: partnering with locally licensed entities rather than building everything from scratch. Animoca Brands' ecosystem spans over 600 companies across gaming, metaverse, and blockchain sectors, providing capital and operational support.

Moca Chain and market timing

Moca Network has been developing Moca Chain, an identity-centric, EVM-compatible Layer-1 blockchain. The testnet was expected in Q3 2025, with a mainnet launch targeted before the end of that year.

The timing aligns with Türkiye's crypto momentum. The country consistently ranks in the top five globally for cryptocurrency usage, and Moca is targeting 86 million potential users within its borders. Competitors in digital identity include Worldcoin, Polygon ID, and various decentralized identifier protocols, all chasing similar regulatory-compliant infrastructure.

Instead of verifying your identity from scratch every time you sign up for a new crypto service, the AIR Kit lets you carry your verified identity across platforms like a digital passport.

The regulatory angle matters. Most Web3 projects avoid jurisdictions with strict oversight; Moca's strategy is the inverse. By embedding compliance into the foundation and working with licensed partners, the project positions itself as a model for how crypto infrastructure can scale in regulated markets.
