Nordson's collaboration with Powertech Technology, Inc. (PTI), a major outsourced semiconductor assembly provider, demonstrated the platform's real-world performance. Demonstrations from late 2024 through 2025 achieved underfill yields exceeding 99%, while cycle times dropped by approximately 30% compared to prior processes. Those efficiency gains matter in a market where packaging costs and throughput directly affect margins.
Earnings and Strategic Positioning
Nordson's timing reflects broader strength in its business. The company posted fiscal Q3 2026 results with adjusted earnings per share of $3.25, beating Wall Street consensus. On the back of that performance, Nordson raised its full-year sales guidance to a range of $3,035 million to $3,075 million.
The Vantage XL doesn't stand alone in Nordson's advanced packaging arsenal.
