Strategy sold 4.53 million MSTR shares during the week and received $602.8 million in net proceeds. The company deployed capital strategically across multiple priorities: allocating $369.7 million to Bitcoin, $151.8 million to repurchase preferred stock, $50.7 million to dividend payments, and $30 million to its USD Cash account.

This capital allocation reflects Strategy's dual focus on Bitcoin accumulation and shareholder returns. The company bought back 1.56 million STRC shares during the same period, underscoring its commitment to managing its capital structure.

Treasury position and remaining capacity

Strategy's Bitcoin holdings now represent a substantial position in the market. The company's cumulative average purchase price for Bitcoin stood at $75,412, while aggregate spending on its Bitcoin holdings reached $63.73 billion.

Strategy ended the week with $5.1 billion in USD Reserve and $1.6 billion in USD Cash, providing substantial liquidity for future operations. The company retained $364.8 million of capacity under its preferred-stock repurchase program and $1 billion remaining in its MSTR repurchase program. Strategy is also holding onto more than $2 billion in untapped Bitcoin gains, reflecting appreciation in its holdings since initial acquisition.
