Share Sales Fund Bitcoin Purchases

Strategy sold 1.47 million shares for $246.2 million in net proceeds, according to a filing with the SEC. The company allocated $142.7 million from the sale directly to Bitcoin purchases. The remaining $103.5 million went toward repurchasing STRC preferred stock (1.53 million shares for $151.7 million, with an additional $48.1 million coming from its US dollar reserves).

This marks Strategy's latest accumulation after a two-week pause. The company bought 950 BTC for $75.7 million the previous week, resuming its aggressive acquisition strategy.

Balance Sheet Pressure

Strategy's "USD Cash" balance fell to $1 billion from $1.05 billion week over week after the company used $48.1 million for STRC repurchases. Its separate US dollar reserve, maintained to cover preferred stock dividends and debt interest, declined to $5.02 billion from $5.04 billion.

Cumulative Position

Strategy has spent $63.95 billion on its Bitcoin holdings at an average price of $75,437 per Bitcoin, including fees and expenses. The gap between its cumulative average cost ($75,437) and this week's purchase price ($85,681) reflects Bitcoin's recent price movement. At 847,666 BTC, Strategy now holds approximately 4% of Bitcoin's total supply.
