EliseAI raises $350 million led by a16z and Bessemer at $4 billion valuation
In brief
- EliseAI raised $350 million at a $4 billion valuation, according to a Tuesday press release.
- Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners led the round; three other investors joined.
- EliseAI says it passed $200 million in annual recurring revenue in June.
- EliseAI plans a second engineering hub in San Francisco with the new capital.
Who's in the round
Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, Sapphire Ventures and Navitas Capital also took part in the raise, per the release.
So where's the money going? The company said it plans to spend it on new products and on expanding its engineering, deployment and sales teams. Part of that plan (according to EliseAI) is a second engineering hub in San Francisco.
The revenue numbers
EliseAI said it passed $200 million in annual recurring revenue in June. That's up from the $100 million ARR mark it crossed in 2025, based on the figures the company shared. It also says its platform is now used in one in six US apartments.
They're company-reported figures.
Crypto Briefing carried them as the company's own claims, and we're treating them the same way here. None of the revenue or apartment-share numbers have been independently verified by LeoDex News.
From apartments to patient intake
Minna Song and Tony Stoyanov founded EliseAI in 2017. Its software handles the admin side of two very different industries, covering tenant communications, lease management, scheduling and patient intake. The company has been applying its automation platform more and more to healthcare operations, according to the report.
It's also been shipping. EliseAI launched Apollo, a cross-platform AI tool, in September. A separate partnership with DOOR brings AI into property access and maintenance workflows, which lets property managers offer self-guided tours and coordinate maintenance using AI.
Headcount has grown too. EliseAI has substantially expanded its workforce as demand for vertical AI automation rises, the report said, and the new round is meant to keep that hiring going across engineering, deployment and sales.
