Cash Buildup Amid Market Pause

Strategy announced it has added another $250 million to its USD cash reserve, bringing its total cash reserve to $4 billion. This marks the sixth consecutive week Strategy has continued to boost its cash reserve. The new milestone in Strategy's cash reserve has come after the company sold a fraction of its Bitcoin holdings.

Bitcoin Holdings Remain Dominant

While its Bitcoin holdings are now sitting at 842,138 BTC, Strategy still maintains its position as the world's largest corporate Bitcoin holder. The pause in weekly accumulation reflects a strategic shift—the company has not disclosed any new Bitcoin purchase since June, opting instead to strengthen its balance sheet during market volatility.

Capital Allocation Strategy

Strategy further disclosed that it repurchased about $81 million of its STRC preferred stock, signaling confidence in its own valuation even as it temporarily stepped back from aggressive Bitcoin buying. The cash buildup provides optionality for future Bitcoin purchases when conditions align with the company's acquisition thesis.
