In brief

  • XRP ETFs attracted $15 million in net inflows, bucking broader market weakness
  • Bitcoin ETFs saw $0.6 million outflows; Solana funds posted $17 million redemptions
  • XRP products received $12.7 million inflows over two consecutive trading days (July 30-31)
  • XRP spot ETFs accumulated $775.5 million in total inflows since launch
  • Institutional accumulation pattern indicates steady demand rather than speculative buying

Inflows Concentrated in Two Days

The most striking pattern emerged late in the week. XRP spot ETFs attracted $7.11 million in net inflows on July 31, following another $5.57 million on July 30, meaning nearly $12.7 million entered XRP ETFs in just two consecutive trading days. The acceleration suggests institutional interest concentrated toward period-end rather than distributed across the full week.

Earlier in the tracking window, XRP ETFs recorded gains of $5.09 million on July 21 and $2.27 million on July 20, while smaller inflows of around $547,000 on July 29 and $533,000 on July 27 filled the gaps. A key metric: there were no meaningful outflow days during the period.

Institutional Selectivity, Not Euphoria

The data paint a picture of methodical accumulation. XRP spot ETFs have now accumulated approximately $775.5 million in total net inflows since launch, establishing a foundation of sustained institutional interest. By contrast, Ethereum ETFs remained marginally positive, posting $0.4 million in net inflows, and the broader market saw Bitcoin and Solana products face redemption pressure.

"The figures show that investor demand is becoming increasingly selective rather than uniformly bullish or bearish across the cryptocurrency market." — U.Today analysis

This selectivity matters. The asset has increasingly attracted attention following expanding institutional access through regulated investment products in multiple jurisdictions. Continued optimism surrounding Ripple's expanding ecosystem has helped to strengthen investor confidence. The combination of regulatory clarity (via ETF products) and operational momentum appears to be driving deliberate capital allocation toward XRP rather than reactive, herd-driven flows.
