Dogecoin, XRP, and Hyperliquid Consolidate Amid Weak Market Momentum
In brief
- Dogecoin trades near $0.070 below major moving averages with RSI at 44 and declining volume
- XRP trapped around $1.08 with balanced momentum (RSI 46) in progressively smaller trading range
- Hyperliquid recovered to $56 after 30% decline, challenging the 50-day EMA at $58
Dogecoin's Stalled Recovery
Dogecoin is trading close to $0.070, staying below all of the daily chart's major moving averages. The asset has stabilized since its June sell-off, but this has not resulted in a resurgence of bullish momentum. The 200-day EMA sits at $0.10, a significant distance away that underscores how far DOGE must climb before the long-term trend could turn neutral.
DOGE's RSI is hovering around 44, indicating selling pressure has eased but buyers haven't gained control. Worse, volume has been declining during the recent consolidation, suggesting that neither side is very convinced. The meme coin is still stuck in a general bearish trend with low volatility. Resistance layers exist between $0.075 and $0.085, but without fresh volume, breaking above these levels looks unlikely in the near term.
XRP Narrows Into Tighter Range
XRP is trapped in consolidation as buyers and sellers compete around the $1.08 region. The token trades slightly below the 26-day and 50-day EMAs. The 100-day EMA sits at $1.20, while the 200-day EMA is around $1.39 and still trending lower. Volatility has significantly decreased in contrast to earlier weeks.
XRP's RSI is near 46, indicating balanced momentum where neither buyers nor sellers have a distinct advantage. What matters most: the asset is shifting within a progressively smaller range, suggesting that a more significant directional move might be imminent. The $1.00 psychological level continues to be the most crucial support.
Hyperliquid's Tentative Rebound
Hyperliquid lost almost 30% in a few weeks after a rally that propelled HYPE above $75. The selloff found support near the 200-day EMA around $50. A recovery has since driven HYPE back toward $56, and HYPE is currently challenging the 50-day EMA at $58. Whether this recovery holds depends on whether volume returns to confirm buying interest or fades, repeating the pattern seen in DOGE and XRP.
