Cardano merges key Leios code as IOG targets up to 15x capacity gain
Cardano developers merged Praos2 and Leios networking code, a development report said. IOG targets an initial 3-5x capacity gain via the Dijkstra hard fork, with later increases dependent on testing and governance votes.
